I got a new smartphone. What do I need to do to get Ginger.io set up again?

If your new phone has the same number, simply install and activate the Ginger.io app on your iPhone or Android device by following the download instructions. Your experience shouldn’t be interrupted, as your Ginger.io account will remain active and tied to your phone number.

If you have a new phone number, please reach out to us at help@ginger.io to let us know. We will need to update your account information before you can activate the app on your new phone.
