How is a therapist different than a coach?

Your coach helps you set goals and manage current challenges. Therapists dive deeper into issues and can help you explore past issues; especially if they make your current situation more challenging.  

While you have the ability to chat with your coach at any time, therapists provide standard therapy sessions scheduled at your convenience. Sessions are delivered via video chat right from the Ginger.io app, and can range in number depending on the your needs!
